Here's Emily Hart's doll....all pert and
sassy...An 1820's advertising is
what inspired this magazine of a "Liberated Lady" on a cigarette
ad....Doesn't she look like she is saying "I've come a long way,
Baby"...
She is wearing custom made glass beads and earrings. Her legs had 8
firings with gold dust on the stockings. The shoes have a raised paste
Buckle and outlined with fired on gold. The shoes were painted with
china paints and fired on.
Her dazzling costume has antique maribou feathers at the neck, headband
of antique velvet ribbon and antique glass button trim. The pants are
silk and line in silk with velvet cuffs. The jacket is made of velvet,
lined in silk. Debbie wears silk satin underwear, mohair wig, metalic
gold eye shadow, glass eyes and is painted in a 1920's makeup style.
Very beautiful and creative, Emily
